- Tracking may be delayed and may not necessarily be realtime while in International space but should give you an overview of where your shipment is.
- Tracking will be more precise and accurate once it reaches the destination country.
DELIVERY
- The general delivery timelines are around 28 days or 4 weeks.
- Please note this is a rough estimate and 80% or more packages usually are delivered within 3 weeks of shipment.
- We do our best to ship packages out as soon as possible after your order placement using the best shipping method available.
- Once the packages leave our warehouse we have little control over the timeframe.
- We do not have control on external factors like Customs Delays and unforeseen delays in the destination country.
- In a few such cases packages may be delivered post the estimated 28 day timeline so we appreciate your patience in such cases.
DELAYS & COMPENSATIONS
- For delays beyond 45 days, once shipped, you are entitled to receive a 5% store coupon.
- If for any reason your parcel does not reach you within 60 days of shipment, the shipment will be deemed lost and you will receive of full refund.
