DELIVERY

The general delivery timelines are around 28 days or 4 weeks.
Please note this is a rough estimate and 80% or more packages usually are delivered within 3 weeks of shipment.
We do our best to ship packages out as soon as possible after your order placement using the best shipping method available.
Once the packages leave our warehouse we have little control over the timeframe.
We do not have control on external factors like Customs Delays and unforeseen delays in the destination country.
In a few such cases packages may be delivered post the estimated 28 day timeline so we appreciate your patience in such cases.

DELAYS & COMPENSATIONS

For delays beyond 45 days, once shipped, you are entitled to receive a 5% store coupon.
If for any reason your parcel does not reach you within 60 days of shipment, the shipment will be deemed lost and you will receive of full refund.
If your goods reach you in a damaged condition we will refund / reship / compensate you as appropriate.
